Corporate goverance change at the GEOS Group
GEOS, the leading risk management provider in continental Europe, has announced a change in its governance structure. As part of the group's ambitious development plan, the shareholders have decided to transform GEOS SAS into a compagny with Directorate and Supervisory board. The Group willl continue its international development strategy to reinforce its position as the premier European risk management operator.

Partnership - MOCI (International Commerce Monitor)
The GEOS Group will chair a panel on the «Protection of strategic assets » at the « Market Intelligence » forum to be held at the French Economic, Social and Environmental Council on June 28. The event will also see the launch of the MOCI 2010 Country Risk Atlas. The GEOS Country Risk Tracking Centre was involved in compiling the Atlas.
