Department of Human Resources

Antoine LESUR, graduate of ESSEC, has been appointed Director of Human Resources of the GEOS Group. After working as Head of Training and agency manager with Renault, Mr. Lesur joined Suez-Lyonnaise des Eaux where he was in charge of training, recruitment and career planning in the communications sector in France, then in the drinking water and purification sector in Argentina and finally in Lille as Director of Human Resources of a subsidiary.
He also worked as head of training, recruitment and career planning at AFSSAPS (French Health Products Safety Agency).

The GEOS Group, the leading risk management provider in Europe, celebrated its first ten years of activity on Wednesday, 30th January at the Arab World Institute in Paris. More than 400 people attended, from finance, business, government, European institutions, and the media.
A short film was projected during the evening that narrated the story of the company with interviews and analysis of the risk management market with P.Boniface (Director of the IRIS, « L’Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques » - Institute for International and Strategic Relations), J-L Bruguière ( Vice-president and Investigating Magistrate at the « counter-terrorism desk » of the Paris Court of Serious Claims), P.Heilbronn (expert in European affairs), A.Juillet ( Senior Official in charge of Business Intelligence at the SGDN – National Defense General Secretariat), G.Lancner (President of AMRAE –French Risk Management Association ) and J.Rocher (Director of sustainable development and prospective strategy at the Yves Rocher Group).
The Group is developing its strategy around three core areas: the implementation of a new concept combining security and sustainable development, an operational response to the Security and Defense Industry needs of government and international organizations, and the launch of a new package of services in particular to Tourism Industry operators.
In addition, the Group announced a major new development. A share ownership program was launched with 7 employees of the Group benefiting in a first phase: L.Caprioli (Special Advisor), L.Combalbert (Director of Business Development), A.Dessenne (Director Safety/Security), J-P.Ferro (Director GEOS Latin America), P.Montoro (Director GEOS Algeria) and S.Osmani (Chief Financial Officer).
The Group announced that other employees will benefit from the share ownership program over the coming years.
