Recruitment :
The GEOS Group, the leading European risk management provider, has appointed a new Communications Manager, Tiphaine de Nazelle. Ms. de Nazelle replaces Marion Cabridens, who has been appointed Regional Manager of GEOS Latin America.
Tiphaine de Nazelle will manage the communications and external relations of the Group.
Graduate of Sciences-Po Bordeaux and with a Masters in Marketing at the IAE of Bordeaux, Tiphaine de Nazelle previously worked as press attaché, communications manager and deputy to the Chief of Staff of the helicopter-carrier « Jeanne d'Arc ». She took over from Ms. Cabridens on 01 February 2009 as GEOS Communications Manager.
Marion Cabridens, former Communications Manager of the GEOS Group has been appointed Regional Manager of Geos Latin America.
Graduate of Sciences-po Toulouse and CELSA, Marion Cabridens previously worked as a journalist, a radio host in Argentina and Marketing Manager at Crédit Agricole. After two years as GEOS Communications Manager, she was appointed to the position of GEOS Latin America Regional Manager as of 01 February 2009. She will be based in Sao Paulo. Her promotion is part of the Group's in-house training and career development policy. Ms. Cabridens will work primarily to advance the Group's international development strategy.

NEW TALENT AND INHOUSE PROMOTION
Tiphaine de Nazelle will replace Marion Cabridens as GEOS Communications Manager as of 01 February, 2009. Graduate of Bordeaux IEP and with a Masters in Marketing at Bordeaux IAE, Ms. de Nazelle has worked as press attaché, communications manager, and as deputy to the chief of staff of French Navy helicopter carrier, the « Jeanne d'Arc ». Marion Cabridens, graduate of Toulouse IEP and Celsa, has been appointed GEOS Latin America Coordinator. This appointment illustrates well the Group's in-house promotion policy.
