GEOS appointment
Cyrille Jourdain has been appointed Commercial Director of the GEOS Group. He formerly worked as Commercial Director for France Industries IBM PLM Services.

Training
As part of the NEEDS (Network of Europeans for Electoral and Democracy Support) program helmed by the European Commission, 2 GEOS experts took part in a training session held in Brussels on October 12 - 16. The objective was to sensitize a panel of security and logistics experts to the role and management of European Union electoral observation missions.

ECHO (European Community Humanitarian Aide Office)   
The fourth session of the safety/security sensitization training course for ECHO management staff will take place on November 11 - 15, 200km from Nairobi in the Kenyan Savanna.
