A pharmaceutical firm with highly successful products on the market was surprised to see several laboratory reports published that suddenly denounced the dangerous side effects of its core product. The value of the firm’s shares dropped. Considering the series of events as somewhat suspect, the laboratory called GEOS to identify the reasons for such a situation. Our teal of investigators soon revealed links between a competitor and generic drug-makers who were attempting to sideline our client’s patents.
