A SME providing advanced technologies to the security and defence industries sought to expand its presence in several countries in the Middle East. GEOS Business Intelligence installed a bespoke tracking system. The GEOS Business Intelligence project team delivered a monthly report on entry strategy opportunities with a focus on main market players in each target country of the region. Using the system, the client was able to take advantage of two major business opportunities in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Going forward, the client was able to adapt and improve its strategy and position in the region.

The project team delivered a monthly brief based on in-depth assessment of State of the Art, updated files on stakeholders, and knowledge management and capitalization of the most relevant themes using link analysis mapping.The client’s strategy integrated the threats and opportunities. The client’s capability to assess the R&D and market environment was enhanced.
The system contributed to optimal response for real-time adjustments in terms of marketing and communication.

A European industrial group called on GEOS for the recruitment and deployment of satellite telecommunications experts at several dozen sites throughout Afghanistan on behalf of ISAF, the NATO International Security Assistance Force.
