A leading international Group in the area of risk management providing services to companies in the construction, administration, industry and energy sectors, we are searching for a Security Manager for our subsidiary in Latin America.
Job description :
Working closely with the Director of Operations Latin America South Zone, Brazil, you will :
- Manage all assignments to guarantee security of individuals and property ;
- Advise Client Security Management and take charge of implementation and supervision of security procedures on sites ;
- Provide advance planning to ensure smooth Project coordination and management.
Main tasks :
- Draft security instructions and procedures based on security and evacuation plans. Implement instructions and procedures ;
- Organise journey management for expatriates and permanently track their position ;
- Establish a 24/7 monitoring system to Project and DIROPS ;
- Draft a weekly security report ;
- Implement and coordinate the Emergency Response Room, coordinate ERR staff and equipment ;
- Provide real-time « reporting » ;
- Provide sensitization and information sessions for expatriates in the areas of safety, security, fire safety and health ;
- Present the « Field Internal Requests » to site manager regarding building of facilities, site planning, equipment for gearing up of security work, supervise performance ;
- Supervise execution of technical security measures ;
- Ensure continuous compliance with security instructions and procedures ;
- Maintain staff and equipment readiness at highest operational levels.

Training:
- Formation de sous-officier.
Expérience :
- 10 to 20 years operational experience on missions in hostile environments (deputy squad leader or combat unit squad leader). Command of operations for security assignments in high-risk zones, implementation of protection and surveillance plans, inspection and security of zone and associated skill-sets. Managerial (30 to 60 servicemen) and man-management skills.
Requirements:
- Fluent French/Portuguese
- Good standard of English/Spanish an advantage
