Responsibilities :

• Ensure with your team effective performance of day-to-day onboard services,
• Report all incidents and infractions committed on board to the commandant,
• Organise security team patrols to ensure 24/7 presence,
• Integrate client corporate culture,
• Coordinate resources on a day-to-day basis and in the event of a crisis,
• Management and organisation of a team of Onboard Security Agents.

Qualifications required :

• Managerial skills
• Fluent Spanish, working knowledge of English an advantage
• Availability and flexibility

Experience :

• More than 5-10 years experience in international security
• Knowledge of maritime security (ISPS Code)
• Previous experience onboard
• Previous work as service provider (safety and security) to a maritime company.

Status : Employment under English contract law

Remuneration :based on experience
