SECURITY MANAGERS & OFFICERS

As part of its business development policy, the International Security Division of the GEOS Group is continually looking for Security Managers & Officers to work in hostile business enviornments.

SECURITY MANAGERS

Responsabilities :

Assess the security situation (risk/threat) on site(s) andfacilities in the zone
Manage the implementation of the security system (drafting of procedures, security plan, emergency plan)
Integrate the client’s corporate culture
Monitoring of the security systems implemented
Act as interface between the client and the different security stakeholders (military, police, govenment)
Ensure compliance with client safety and security policy
Crisis management (establishment of Emergency Response Room)
Coordinate resources on a day-to-day basisand in a crisis situation
Management of Security Officers if required

Qualifications required :

More than 10 years international security experience
Management capabilities
Fluent English
A third language is an advantage (rare languages actively sought)
Mobility and flexibility

SECURITY OFFICERS

Responsabilities :

Assess the security situation (risk/threat) on site or facility
Assist the Security Manager with implementation of the security system
Ensure relations with security forces deployed in the vicinity of site
Ensure compliance with client safety and security policyon site
Assist with crisis management
Participate in the coordination of resources on a day-to-day basis and in the event of a crisis 

Qualifications required :

More than 5 years international security experience
• Acute sense of responsibility
Fluent English
A third language is an advantage (rare languages actively sought)
Mobility and flexibility
