GEOS established a new subsidiary in January, 2011. Based in Bonn, Germany, the new branch is called ADATO INTERNATIONAL. It is a joint venture between the Adato Consulting Group¸ a consultancy and crisis management company headquartered in Hanover, and the Geos Group.

Adato International is headed by two managing directors, J.Washausen, former head of Adato’s Bonn subsidiary and J.Heinrich, President of the Geos Management Board. The international expertise of the French company combined with their German partner’s firm foothold in and knowledge of the local market will allow the new subsidiary to deliver solutions to German enterprises looking for an alternative international security provider on the continent.
